Homemade Döner Chicken



Ingredients
3 - 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast
The juice of 1 medium size of onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs of olive oil
2 tbs of yogurt
1/2 tbs of dried thyme
1/2 tbs of dried sweet red pepper
1 tsp of dried red pepper
1 tsp of pepper
3/4 tbs of salt or you can adjust it to your taste


How to Cook
Slice chicken breast lengthwise. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Add the sliced chicken breasts into the mixture and mix well. Prepare a plastic wrap on a table then stack the chicken breast vertically on the center of the plastic wrap. Cover the stacked chicken breast all over with plastic wrap, becareful not to let the juice leak then put in the freezer. Let it sit there for about 2 - 3 hour. When you are about to serve it let it out of the freezer and slice it crosswise of the stack so it will form smaller and thinner slices of chicken breast. Then you can cook it on a pan or in an oven with adding a bit of olive oil on it. Let it cook until the color turn golden brown. Then ready tobe serve with some rice and salad on the side.
